(different from RMC)\n \nWe want to welcome you to CISV Midwest Ohio’s Local OHIO Mini Camp….. we want to fill your Winter and Spring with all things CISV! This camp is intended for CISV members who will be 10+ years old within the 2024 calendar year. Minus the pineapple…\n\nCAMP LOCATION/MEETING SPACE:\nCamp Kern\, Elk Lodge\, 5291 State Route 350\, Oregonia\, OH 45054 \nMEALS PROVIDED AT CAMP KERN’S SINGERMAN LODGE:\nSunday Dinner\, 5:30pm\, Monday Breakfast\, 8:00am\, Monday Lunch\, 12:00pm and Snacks\, Snacks\, Snacks!\n\nCOST:\n$120 per participant. (No charge for chaperones…yeah!)\nIncludes Snacks\, Dinner\, CISV Ohana T-Shirt\, Breakfast\, Lunch\, awesome bunks and space… Showers\, and the beautiful outdoors! \n\nMEMBERSHIP DUES:\nTo be covered by CISV USA’s liability insurance\, all participants and chaperones must be current paid members of their respective CISV chapter prior to the start of camp.  A receipt of paid 2024 membership fees is required for verification (to be uploaded in registration form).\n\nITEMS TO BRING:\nReusable drinking vessel (sustainability is a must!)\nBed linens (pillow\, sheets\, blanket\, and/or sleeping bag)\nToiletries/Shower Supplies (deodorant\, toothbrush\, toothpaste\, mouthwash\, deodorant\, shampoo\, conditioner\, detangler\, brush\, comb\, hair goop\, deodorant\, bath wash\, towel\, washcloth\, vision care\, fem care\, dental care\, deodorant…you get the picture!)\nClean change of clothes\nSnuggly pajamas\nWinterwear (parka\, jacket\, coat\, hat\, gloves\, scarf…we WILL be outside\, so pack accordingly!)\nFriends\nAN OPEN MIND for fun and new CISV experiences! \nWHAT NOT TO BRING:\nCell phone\, watch\, tablet\, etc. (the chaperones will collect these to allow undistracted interactions with each other)\n\nThe Midwest Ohio Chapter Junior Branch Board members have planned fun and engaging activities focused on CISV’s four peace education content areas of Diversity\, Conflict & Resolution\, Sustainable Development\, and Human Rights.
