Is your child age 11-18 interested in traveling with CISV?
Children’s International Summer Village provides travel opportunities for kids to experience the excitement and enrichment of cultural diversity.  Applicants are selected to join delegations traveling to a variety of host countries.
CISV is a global community of dedicated volunteers working together to create and host the experiences. The focus of our programs is on the relationships.
Please join us for an Information Night on Monday November 4 or December 2. In addition, you can bring your child for the Saturday Activity Day (November 16) to sample CISV style activities and meet kids who have traveled with CISV.
Locations for 2020 travel will be revealed at the November 4 Information
Night.  Applications are due 12/15/19 for summer 2020 travel.

President’s Message
Hello CISV family and friends!
Last weekend, six members of the Cincinnati Chapter went to Atlanta for the CISV USA National Convention. We spent the weekend with CISVers from across the US – and a few folks from Canada, Costa Rica, and Brazil – learning, laughing, and considering how we might strengthen our local chapters to best educate and inspire action for a more just and peaceful world.  We also selected our international programs for 2020.
We will be revealing the programs that our chapter selected on Monday, November 4 at Information NIght.  There will be a second Information Night on December 2.  Please consider inviting another family to join you at one of the Information NIghts.  This is a great opportunity to find out more about about CISV and the international program opportunities for 2020. These events are held at the Academy of World Languages.
Many thanks to Suzan Strait, who is completely revamping our existing website. The new website will provide opportunity for increased functionality – including a place to join the mailing list, pay membership dues, and see lots of pictures of our Junior Branch involved and engaged in CISV activities.  This is also the place where you will find links to applications, due dates, future events, and more!  We appreciate you, Suzan!
