In 2022, CISV Cincinnati received a crucial grant from the Dater Foundation to support their village program held at the Academy of World Languages in Cincinnati. The organization expresses profound gratitude for this grant and acknowledges the continuing support from the Dater Foundation. The grant money was instrumental in covering various expenses associated with the camp, including venue costs, meals, and program materials. Without this financial support, it would have been challenging to provide the necessary resources to ensure a fulfilling and impactful experience for all participants. Participants in the program came from various locations: Staff from Colombia, Philippines, and the USA (specifically Cincinnati); delegations from Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Mexico, and the USA (including Brandywine Valley, Dallas/Ft. Worth, and San Francisco); and Junior Counsellors (JCs) from Argentina, Canada, Costa Rica, and the USA (including Maine, Miami, New York, San Francisco, and Washington DC).
