Info Session Summary

• Apply by January 10, 2025 to the CISV program that corresponds to your child’s age. (Village, Youth Meeting, Step Up 14, Step up 15, Fortnight, JC or Seminar)

• Applicants attend a Selection Overnight  Jan. 17-18th to experience some of the activities they will do at their camps.

• Applicants are invited to Interview Day on January 25th.

• Delegates are notified of their acceptance at the beginning of February.

• Parents and Delegates attend  Parent Orientation on Feb. 22, 2025

• Delegates and leaders meet several times from March-May to plan

• Delegates and families attend a Bon Voyage send off on June 7th.

• Delegates and their families reconvene in September to share their experiences at the Parade of Delegations.

2025 Seminar Opportunities

Junior Branch:

The Junior Branch is the name given to our Local CISV branch.  All teens are a part of the Jr. Branch and are invited to participate in local activities.  You do not have to travel internationally to be a part of CISV.  Your peace education can happen right here at home!

Jr. Branch members are invited to attend a mini-camp in Dayton in February 2025. See website for more details and registration.

Program Fees

Each program has a fixed price component, and the cost of travel will be added once the flights and any other travel costs are determined.

Village International: $1800 + travel (28 day)

Village International: $1650 + travel (23 day)

Step Up International:  $1700 + travel

Step Up Domestic $1700 + travel

Youth Meeting International: $1500 + travel

Youth Meeting Domestic: $1500 + travel

Travel purchased by the traveler:

JC International: $1600 + travel

JC Domestic: $1600 + travel

Fortnight: $1800 + travel

Seminar: $1500 + travel

Travel Estimates:

International = $2500

Domestic = $1000
