Regional Mini Camp

$125Join the Midwest Region for our most anticipated event of the year! Regional mini-camp is a chance to experience a CISV camp in a weekend with chapters from across the Midwest- including Pittsburgh – Ohio, Michigan and Indiana chapters.
This year, it will be hosted by our Pittsburgh chapter at Camp Guyasuta.
Registration Fee:
- EarlyBird Registration (before March 20th): $125

- We cannot guarantee a t-shirt for registrations made after March 20th.
- JB scholarship application can be found here to cover up to 50% of the registration cost.
- The registration fee covers 2 nights of lodging, 4 meals (Saturday breakfast through Sunday breakfast), and a camp t-shirt!

***Chaperones***
Help make RMC possible by being a chaperone! CISV rules require one chaperone for every eight youth. Chaperoning is a very low-key way for adults to see what the kids actually do at CISV (and it’s super easy, because the JB board plans all the activities). Chaperones must be over 21 and have background checks on file with their chapter.
- Background and driver’s license checks will be needed.
- Chaperones are encouraged to come and watch their child learn about CISV and attend for FREE!

Schedule:
- Check-in is on Friday, April 10th, from 6:30 to 8:00 pm.
- Pick-up is on Sunday at 11:00 am. PLEASE BE PROMPT
Transportation:
Carpooling will be available from Cincinnati. Riley (JB advisor) will coordinate carpooling.
Do you have any dietary needs? We will do our best to accommodate special diet requests (please indicate on registration form), but recommend that those with special dietary needs bring along their own supplemental FOOD and/or SNACKS.
