Hello CISV family and friends!
We hope that you enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving.
Thank you to everyone who attended our first virtual CISV Wine Tasting! Huge thanks to Kay and Kurt Freyberger for all of the work they put into making this event a success! We were able to support a local business, Ripple Wine Bar, raise some money for the chapter, and have some much needed laughs with our CISV friends.
Dedicated volunteers like Kay and Kurt are what keep our chapter so strong, even during these unprecedented times. Together, we will continue to work to offer opportunities for peace education, cultural diversity and human rights in pandemic-safe ways.
Thank you for your continued support of the CISVCincinnati Chapter. If you have not yet had a chance, I encourage you to join or renew your membership to CISV. It’s now easier than ever, and it is one way to stay involved and support our chapter. Additional details can be found below, or you can join/renew here.
Peace, joy, and wellness to you and your family this holiday season.

JB Cincinnati Updates
Upcoming Activity – 2:00 PM December 19th – Sign up here!
On Saturday, December 19th, we will be having our first virtual activity! Anyone in JB can come, and feel free to bring someone who isn’t. The activity will be held online on Discord, meaning all participants will need a Discord account. Please see the form for more information, and to sign up. We hope to see you all there!
JB USA is temporarily replacing the Project Committee and National Mini Camp Committee with Project Leaders. Anyone in JB can apply to be a Project Leader (PL). The terms are short (only 2-3 months long) so it’s not a huge commitment. If you have a project that you want to do, you can apply and propose the project. Check out the form here for more information and to apply.
JB Communication (Signing up for Remind):
As a reminder (haha), we use Remind to communicate with JB. Here we send out info on activities, service projects, and more. To sign up, click here. If you just want to receive text notifications, then text @cisvjbc to 81010,
We can’t wait to see you all at the activity and do more with you soon!
